Architecture & process consulting.

An outside look at the architecture and processes behind your system.

Discuss your project

For companies that already run a system or an operation and feel something is stuck: slow delivery, rework, fragile integrations, processes nobody can draw. I look at the code, the architecture and the actual workflow, and hand back a clear diagnosis with an executable technical plan. Hourly for one-off questions, or as a package with fixed scope and deliverables.

Where the work can help

01

Architecture review

A read of the code, infrastructure and integrations to surface risks, bottlenecks and technical debt. Each finding comes with impact, likely cause and alternatives with clear trade-offs.

02

Process mapping (BPMN)

The real business flow drawn in BPMN: actors, decisions, waits and exceptions. The map shows where the process and the system diverge and where automation pays off.

03

Technical plan

Priorities, delivery sequence and validation criteria, in language product and engineering both understand. Your team can run the plan, or we can run it together on a build engagement.

Experience behind the approach

The work comes from building and running systems in production: financial integrations, web platforms and products I run myself. Experience includes Transfero, BTG Pactual and Thomson Reuters, and a law degree helps read rules, processes and responsibilities. The résumé documents that background.

Review professional experience

From discovery to delivery

We start with your problem, existing systems and expected outcome. Discovery informs a proposal with scope, dependencies and acceptance criteria. Delivery proceeds in reviewable stages, with workflow validation and preparation for ongoing operations.

Frequently asked questions

How is it priced?

Two ways: hourly, for reviews and one-off questions, or as a fixed package, with scope, deliverables and timeline agreed before we start.

What do I get at the end?

A written diagnosis, BPMN process maps when they are in scope and a technical plan with priorities and trade-offs. No generic report: every recommendation points to the actual code or workflow.

Do you work remotely?

Yes, remote by default (GMT-3), in English or Portuguese. Occasional in-person work in São Paulo can be arranged when it helps.

How does it start?

With a free introductory call to understand the context. Then we decide whether hourly or a package fits better, and set the scope of the review.

Can you also implement the plan?

Yes. The plan is written so your team can execute it on its own, but the same person who reviews also builds systems, products and integrations - so execution can continue with me.
