- Technical Lead and Software Engineer at Transfero, leading a team of 3 engineers in the Crypto Engineering squad.
- Owning the architecture of exchange and blockchain integration services - technical decisions alongside the CTO and Director.
- Technical mentorship and architecture review for the team's new backends.
Study
- MBA in Leadership & Management · FGV - to sharpen technical leadership and organizational strategy.
- Using Claude Code, Codex, and other AI-assisted dev tools actively; exploring where the model adds real value in the engineering flow.
Side projects
- comexaltai.com - platform for the Catholic community I belong to, built as a volunteer (web + hybrid mobile + .NET backend).
- gokai.ong - serverless Next.js/Supabase platform for the sports association where I am vice-president (volunteer).
- This site (renanspatin.com) - just launched, evolving gradually.
Personal
- Jiu-jitsu - blue belt, training regularly.
- Occasional photography at @rwinterlens.
- Guitar and tennis (still a beginner).
- Two cats at home.
What's next
- Write 1-2 technical posts on integration architecture (Microkernel trade-offs, financial event reconciliation).
- Consolidate Crypto Engineering team patterns into public docs when it makes sense.
- Finish the MBA at FGV.
